Cantonese Easter Activity Sheets

Happy Easter to all who celebrate! As a child, we never really did Easter but this time of year always feels like something that needs to be celebrated. After a week of rain and hail, today on Good Friday, the sun has been shining all day. My garden has started to bud. Spring has sprung!

Colouring Activities and Printables

If you want a low prep activity for your children this Easter weekend, I’ve got three activity sheets for kids of all ages.

Printable #1 – Follow the Lines

In this activity, we learn how to say wiggly line, zig zag, curved line and straight lines while decorating an Easter egg. Preschoolers will practise their pre-writing skills (by tracing different types of lines) and their counting skills.

Printable #2 – Mystery Picture

This activity is a colour by numbers with a twist- the picture they are colouring won’t be revealed until they are done! Younger children will practise numbers and colours during this one.

Printable #3 – Colour by Numbers

For your older children, here’s a slightly more complex colour by number activity. Your child will practise counting 1-6 and the names of six different colours, all while colouring a lovely scene of the Easter bunny.

I hope you enjoyed my printables. Please send me photos of your little ones’ colouring to mamabearcantonese@gmail.com as I would love to see their work. Happy Holidays!

P.S. You can support Mama Bear Cantonese on Patreon. From £1 a month, you can access editable versions of all my resources as well as bonus content. Your generosity will help cover this site’s running costs. 多謝 do1 ze6!
